Are all of the products in your store organic?
Whenever possible, we stock items that are certified organic. However, not every product we offer is certified organic or contains organic ingredients.

How do you select which products to sell?
We have one very strict guideline when it comes to selecting products: would we use it ourselves?
Whenever possible, we seek out products that contain organic ingredients or carry the USDA-certified Organic seal. We also look for products which have obtained Non-GMO Project Verification, or which have been recommended by trustworthy organizations (such as the Environmental Working Group).
When in doubt, we do research on the product and/ or brand itself. If the product is free from harmful chemicals and additives and is something we would safely use in our own home -- on our own children -- then we will confidently stock it in our store and offer it to you.
Only the highest-quality natural and organic health and wellness products are sold at Luke's Natural Market.

What do you do with my email address or contact information?
If you have provided an email address, we are going to send you good stuff. Like exclusive promotions, discount codes, and customized sales. But that's not all. We may also send you informative blog posts, articles, or news to support your healthy lifestyle.
But don't worry - we know you don't like spam. Neither do we.
We promise to treat your email with confidentiality and respect.
How do I remove myself from your email list?
We completely respect your privacy, and if you don't like our emails you can unsubscribe at any time. Our emails will always contain an "unsubscribe" link that you can use to remove yourself from our email list.
Payments & Returns
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments in the form of all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. We also accept payments via PayPal.
We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or cash at this time.
What is your return policy?
You may return any unopened and unused item to Luke's Natural Market within 30 days of receiving it.
I haven't opened it. Can I return it?
Yes. We are happy to return and fully refund any unopened and unused item within 30 days of purchase.
Are there exceptions to your return policy?
Please contact us if you have a special return request and our customer service team will be happy to work with you to find a solution.

What do you charge for shipping?
Flat Rate Shipping
- Standard flat-rate shipping: $7.99 USD (orders under 10 lbs)
- Heavy weight flat-rate shipping: $18.99 (orders 10-20 lbs)

Do you offer free shipping?
YES! We offer free shipping on orders over $49.00 USD.
We will also offer free shipping promotions throughout the year, so be sure to sign up for our email list and follow our social accounts to get notified of free shipping and other promotions.
Where do you ship?
We will ship to physical addresses within the contiguous United States at the rates listed above.
Will you ship to me outside of the United States?
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to countries outside of the US.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email containing the tracking information for your order within 24 hours of shipment.
Which carriers do you use for shipping?
We ship by ground by either UPS, USPS or UPS Surepost. We choose the shipping method that provides the best value.

Do you offer overnight shipping?
We do not offer overnight or two-day guaranteed shipping at this time.
Depending on your location, you may receive your order within a few days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee two days or less for your orders.
My package never arrived. Can you help me with shipping issues?
